Keynote

The keynote lecture will be given by Professor Ann Kuttner of the University of Pennsylvania at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 15th in the Gerlinger Alumni Lounge.

A note on paper length

Generally speaking I budgeted 30 minutes per talk session.  So a 20 minute talk will allow about 8 minutes for questions, with 2 minutes transition time. If you want to talk a great deal and do not require a response, you can talk for 28 minutes; if you want feedback (the correct choice), you should limit yourself to about 18 minutes.

Travel and Lodging

Conference activities will take place in Allen Hall on the University of Oregon Eugene campus.

Parking on campus:

Parking on campus is free after 6pm on Friday and all day on Saturday. The closest lots to Allen Hall, when looking at this map, are A Central, A North, B North, and B West. There is also nearby garage parking in the 13th Avenue Garage. Parking in the 13th Avenue Garage is $2/hr, maxing out at $18/day.
